Commercial Property Open House

A Commercial Property Open House will be held on May 31, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Downtown Cumberland, Maryland.

The Downtown Development Commission with the City’s Office of Economic Development is coordinating this event to promote commercial, retail and potential upper story residential spaces that are for lease or for sale in the Central Business District. Anyone interested in starting a business, looking for an investment property, or interested in creating living space in the Central Business District, can take a look at several options in one day.

Over 30 property owners and/or their real estate agents are participating. Appointments are not necessary to view the participating properties as they will be open for self-guided tours. Volunteers will be set up at 86 Baltimore Street to welcome guests and hand out packets.
