The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) and PennTex Ventures LLC are pleased to release site development concepts for the Maryland Avenue Redevelopment Project. The concept site plans are a result of the partnership between the CEDC and PennTex and the effort to pursue the development of a targeted area of the Rolling Mill area of Cumberland, Maryland.
